The location was fantastic! We were just a short walk from the train station and had easy bus access right outside. The kids especially loved the continental breakfast, and we appreciated the tickets that helped us save on local attractions. Perfect for our family with two babies!

i really enjoyed my stay at besso lugano center! the location is super convenient, just a short walk to the train station and the funicular to monte san salvatore, which you absolutely have to visit! my room was spacious, with a lovely balcony view. the staff were incredibly helpful and made my experience even better. i also loved the free public transportation options provided with the ticino card.

Perfect location just 3 minutes from the train station, making it easy to explore. The hotel provided Ticino tickets, saving us money on local attractions. The bathroom needed a proper curtain to avoid water getting everywhere. Overall, a solid stay for what we paid, but the loud road noise was a bit disruptive at night.
